App and website blocker for Mac and Windows
Wyndow blocks apps, sites and anything that breaks a rule you write in plain words. Set it on a schedule, lock it with strict mode, and let an AI read the screen.

How it works
Pick apps from the catalog or from what's running. When one opens during a rule, Wyndow closes it and says why.
Add websites, adult content and gambling as categories, and keywords. The tab is shut within a second.
“No games until homework is done.” An AI checks what's open when an app starts, when the window changes and once a minute.

Time slots, nightly schedules or a 50-minute study timer. Add breaks that need a code, or that wait out a period.

Screen time, focus score, things blocked and top apps for every rule. Look at one person or the whole class.

Who it’s for
Set bedtime, a screen-free dinner and an adult-content filter for the whole family. Add a shield against the scam sites that fool grandma.

Run rules for every class you teach. Allow research-only AI during an assignment, and see which students stayed focused.

Keep the team on work tools in the morning, check AI use against a work-only rule, and filter adult and gambling sites at the office.

Stay clean of adult sites, start a deep-work timer, and keep an emergency unlock for the day you really need one.

Rules from a parent or school are read-only. Admins can hide the details. Join a class or a family with a code.

Questions
Apps, websites, whole categories like adult content and gambling, keywords, and anything that breaks a rule you write in plain words. Rules run on a schedule, a timer or all day.
You describe what to block, like “No games until homework is done.” Wyndow checks what's open when an app starts, when the window changes and once a minute, and judges the app name, window title and page address against your rule. You pick how strict it is: gentle, balanced or intense.
Not while strict mode is on. A strict rule can't be edited, paused or deleted, and the person can't sign out or quit Wyndow. On a Mac it restarts itself if it's killed, and on Windows a watchdog does the same. Admins choose whether strict mode covers everyone or everyone except admins.
Use emergency unlock. It lifts strict mode for 30 minutes. You can use a friend's password, type a long code by hand (paste is blocked), or email us for approval.
